Closer to Death than Life…

Are we functioning closer to death than life? Function is the key word here. When the systems of the body forget to speak to each other, they produce a result or response to their deficency. When one forgets to read these signals or reactions until it is too late or their sensitivity to these signals become so lazy or dulled, it takes another large announcment from within the body, left or right, to get the attention of its owner, to get the owner to respond to its needs.

When and how do we wake up from our bodies confusion before it’s too late?

Learning to realize when we are taking our bodies and minds too far to the left or right is the first step. Before it announces to you that it has had enough. An alarming announcment of a life threatening or disrupting disease. Why settle for this. It may take years before the body manifests this pattern that long ago became acceptable within a person. Sadly, Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and Nicole Smith are classic cases of how this body/mind confusion can take a tragic course. Talent or beauty is not a salvation from losing touch with ones functional body/mind equalibrium.

Finding a way to make the body stronger, cleaner and more prepared to respond is the best way to begin to return to who one really is, and not who one was influenced to become. Michael is a perfect example of someone so called physically fit, talented, but at the same time, mentally, physically confused. When we continually subject our bodies with substance that burdens and suppresses the nervous system along with toxic intrusion the body does not recognize, inflammation will run ramped. Banging the body daily with 6 hour rehearsals became the trauma. The body responded to the physical/mental trauma, illegitimate compounds and the pressure of performing perfectly at an age that was programmed at an earlier age to maintain, achieve and produce. Very large shoes to fill. Sadly one step too far to the left…

What are we Moving? What are we Eating? What are we Thinking?
